Non-Majors Interested in DW Courses
Not a Digital Worlds major? You may still be eligible to enroll in select DAS courses—and we encourage it. Rooted in our interdisciplinary mission, the DAS Minor brings together students from fields like computer science, engineering, art, business, journalism, and media studies.

- Open to all undergraduate majors at UF
- Includes core courses in design, interactivity, and digital production
- No portfolio required to declare
- Flexible enough to fit into most degree plans
Interested in Individual Courses?
- Even if you’re not pursuing the minor, some upper-division DAS courses are open to non-majors with departmental approval.
- Seats are limited and priority goes to majors and minors
- To be considered, complete the Non-Major Course Request Form and share your interests and background
