If you are eligible for and choose to pursue the high/highest honors designation, you must solicit a Digital Worlds faculty member or the instructor of DIG 4970: Senior Project to sponsor/guide you through the process.  Once you have selected a faculty member, and she/he agrees to sponsor you, please complete this form.

This form is intended to inform the advisor and sponsoring faculty member of your intention to pursue an Honors Thesis submission.  It does not necessarily obligate you to submit a project. If you choose not to submit a project, you will not receive a high/highest honors designation, but will instead receive the straight honors (cum laude) designation, as long as your upper division GPA remains above a 3.5.
